The problem

Booth sourcing is opaque and relationship-bound.

Exhibitors plan stands across dozens of shows a year, often in cities where they know no one. The default is a few recommended builders, opaque quotes that don’t compare, and a leap of faith on a partner they’ve never met.

Builders, meanwhile, win work through word of mouth — invisible to the exhibitor two halls over who would have hired them. Good firms stay regional. Good budgets go to whoever shouts loudest.

The solution

Exhibitors post a real brief against a show — size, budget band, deadline. Verified builders worldwide bid on it, shown side by side on a normalised per-sqm and scope matrix you can actually compare.

Reviews are contract-gated, payment is held until milestones are met, and identity is verified on both sides. The result: a stranger on another continent becomes someone you can safely transact with.
